Here’s the truth about business that many don’t realize (especially at the beginning of the entrepreneurial journey):
You can play on Easy Mode or Hard Mode.
In essence, 'hard mode' is making things Complicated.
It’s easy to complicate things when there are so many voices and experts and opinions out there telling you what to do and not do when it comes to marketing, sales, operations, delegation, product creation, service fulfillment, team-building, leadership, logistics, (the list goes on!!!)
Most often, we complicate our businesses simply because we don’t have a clear blueprint of success that aligns with our goals, unique energy, and products or offerings.
And when one person says to do one thing, and a mentor suggests something else, and your partner suggests something else, and that 90 minute webinar from that one expert suggests something else…
The waters muddy.
We lose a ‘clear’ path forward.
But there IS an easy mode to business.
No, it’s not “easy” in the sense that it won’t take work, focus, and dedication…
But it’s easy in the sense that you:
Know what path to follow
Know what to prioritize
Know how to execute on those priorities

Components of Easy Mode include:
Systems in your business
Building a strong foundation
Leveraging technology
Concentrating on the core competencies of both yourself (as the founder) and the business (what you’re known for and best at) and outsourcing, delegating, or saying no to the rest
Focusing on simplicity over complexity (simple scales)
One of the most helpful, lucrative, and highest-ROI components of business on easy mode is partnerships.
When you partner with the right business owners, contractors, and/or organizations — you have a chance to grow your business in an effective, low-friction, high-return way.

How? And why?
Think about it like this:
- The right partnership can put you in front of the audience you are trying to attract, because they already have their attention.
- The right partnership can get you the funding or resources you currently lack, because they already have those resources or funds at their disposal.
- The right partnership can fill the gap of knowledge, expertise, or skill that would bring your business to the next level.
Partnerships are something that I feel very strongly about, and almost feel like a secret that I don’t hear a lot of people talking about (but are something that all of the strongest founders utilize).
