The alignment between this competition's charitable focus and Regal Resilience's mission couldn't be more perfect. The competition's partnership with GENYOUth, which has supported over 77,000 U.S. schools in providing essential resources to millions of children, demonstrates how innovative business models can drive meaningful social impact.

The opportunity before us is staggering. By 2030, women will control $30 trillion in assets, representing over 50% of global wealth. 

Yet as I've witnessed firsthand, the systems needed to support these emerging changes are not yet in place. Traditional venture capital still allocates a mere 2% or less of funding to diverse women founders, and conventional e-commerce platforms continue to undervalue the significant influence women have in purchasing decisions.

What makes Regal Resilience unique is our approach to solving two critical challenges simultaneously.

Lastly, today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King’s birthday - The Civil Rights icon, whose work to end segregation and racism through nonviolence earned him the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964. Last night, I took a moment to watch a video and song his son created back in 1986 whose chorus still brings chills today.
