Hola Regal Ones,

I’ve been thinking a lot about one of the things I shared at SXSW, and what continues to come up for me as I connect with more women, younger generations, and people just daring to create real change. It’s a beautiful moment we’re living in right now — but it also feels like it’s teetering on a pivotal edge.

There’s a pattern I still see, and it’s one I’m deeply passionate about: women are still, far too often, not investing in other women. We see it in the workplace. We see it in the way we treat one another. Women with power or titles are not always the first to champion those who don’t have that same status — and I’m talking about women who have that power, who understand the value of lifting others up. But still, somehow, keep pulling back.

And yet, when we look at epigenetics, it’s clear: the lessons passed down from women with no apparent “power” or title can influence entire generations. We also know that women have been pit against each other, sold for the highest societal title, burned at the stake and more. Our collective histories hold so much wisdom, and that’s why it’s our time — to rewrite this story, to let go of the patterns that have kept us stuck in competition, silence, or self-doubt. We know better now. We’ve learned from the past. The question is: what will we do with this knowledge?

Historically, we’ve been taught to compete — often because there was so little room for women to access or hold power. This deep-seated competition isn’t something that just exists in our minds; it’s cellular. It’s passed down in our genes. The story of scarcity and rivalry between women has been encoded in us.

But now, we have the opportunity to break this cycle.

The triggers we feel — those old patterns that make us feel threatened by another woman’s success or take us into competition mode — are deeply rooted. And yet, we know enough now to maybe take a pause — yes, we may get triggered — but why don’t we invite ourselves to talk and get curious when the triggers happen, rather than trying to remove it? Let’s embrace the discomfort of the triggers, and start to ask why they’re there. The more we get curious, the more we can heal and rewrite that story.

When we do this, we begin to shed those old layers — the masks we wear, the walls we build — and make space for a new way of being, a way that isn’t about competing, but about collaborating, supporting, and empowering each other. This is where true transformation lies.

It’s so critical that we learn how to gather, how to show up for each other in a way that’s authentic and rooted in truth. Not just for a moment, but in a way that we embody. We have this opportunity to reshape not only our lives but the future of our children, our nieces, nephews — the next generations. And yet, we walk around with so many masks on, hiding who we really are or lacking to fully give or receive support from others, and we wonder why we’re not moving forward in the way we know we can.

The truth is, everything is in our favor right now: spiritually, scientifically, even mathematically. The only thing standing in the way of true transformation is us.

So, let’s ask ourselves: How can we be more intentional? How can we embody what we say we believe? If we want to usher in a new way of being, we have to live it. We can’t just talk about it.

Wouldn’t it feel good to simply show up and be? Imagine a world where we don’t have to wear all those masks. Where we don’t have to prove anything to anyone. We can shift things — and we don’t have to wait. Every purchase we make, every decision we choose to support, every time we put our attention toward the right things — we already have the power to make change.

The beauty of it all is that we’re not all meant to be A or B. You don’t have to build a tech company or reinvent the wheel to make a difference. You can make waves simply by being intentional in your daily choices. You can shift things now. We don’t have to wait. We’re already circulating the money, the energy, the time. The shift is in our hands.

So, let’s ask ourselves: How do we do this? How do we begin to show up for one another authentically? How do we gather in a way that isn’t just lip service, but actual change — that’s real and tangible?

Right now, we are at an inflection point.

We can reshape everything if we simply decide to.

Together.

This Week’s Mantra:
"I am enough. I am powerful. I am ready to show up for myself and for other women. Together, we rise."

Tip for Collaboration Over Competition:

Shift your mindset from scarcity to abundance. Instead of viewing another woman's success as a threat, see it as proof that the world is big enough for all of us to win. Reach out and support a fellow woman, whether by sharing a resource, introducing her to someone who can help, or simply offering words of encouragement. Collaboration creates limitless opportunities for growth.

Conversation Prompt:

Next time you’re in conversation with another woman, ask: “How can I support you in your journey? What’s one thing I can do to help you get closer to your goals?” This simple act of curiosity can change the dynamic and open the door to true collaboration.
