Hands

Today we are spilling the tea on what happens when you forget the WHO in the room that is keeping the lights on.

Let’s take Target for example:

Stepping back from DEI = A 10% Drop? Do the Math.

Target played themselves. After years of pushing diversity, equity, and inclusion, they hit the brakes—and now they’re feeling it where it hurts: a 10% drop in store traffic. That’s not a small dip; that’s real money walking out the door.

Let’s put it in perspective. Target’s annual revenue?

Over $100 billion. A 10% traffic dip? That’s potentially billions in lost sales. Why? Because consumers—especially women and diverse communities, who power 60% of the U.S. GDP—aren’t here for backpedaling.

This isn’t just about feel-good corporate pledges; it’s about the bottom line. Brands that ignore the people driving their profits do so at their own risk. And right now? The receipts are rolling in.

BUT, we should remember that there are Black and Brown brands who still rely on the Targets and Amazons of the world to create demand for their products.

This is where the Regal Resilience Network comes in.

We are on a mission to reclaim the Digital Economy that Big Tech thought they had locked away.  We are building an inclusive, community-driven marketplace where women and underrepresented founders gain access to education, funding, and true ownership of their influence.

As more women and diverse communities start to retreat from these big corporate entities we want to create a space where brands, tech companies and service-based businesses can thrive.

Big Invitation For Y’all 😊

In March we are going to do an exciting challenge — we are going to…

Partner with 30 Brands & Companies in 30 Days for the Regal Resilience Network!!

We’ll release more information next week, but many conscious consumers these days want to buy from brands without being on Amazon or Target.

We’re not saying you must do this (for it is true that there are wonderful small businesses on Amazon, for example), BUT — Regal Resilience is a commerce platform that bridges that gap and provides an alternative if you desire one.

So, we are putting a call out to onboard and partner with 30 consumer brands in 30 days.  This will include education and co-branding opportunities 🥰   More details in next Tuesday’s newsletter.

If you are interested in potentially being one of the 30 we partner with - please book time on my calendar here.

We are so excited to announce that we will be hosting a talk at SXSW on March 7th.

It’s been my dream to have an opportunity to speak at this event.

Thank you to The Midwest House for being an amazing ally and I get to co-create with my dear friend SoVonna Day-Goins  who is a visionary leader at the intersection of finance, technology, and social impact. A 30-year Wall Street veteran turned entrepreneur, she is the founder of Women X Meta, an EdTech venture empowering economic mobility through financial and digital literacy.

Regal Resilience @ SXSW Presents: The Future of Wealth – Women, Next-Gen & the New Economy

The Great Wealth Transfer will put $30 trillion in women's hands by 2030 and $84 trillion with women and Next-Gen investors by 2045. This seismic shift will revolutionize commerce through sustainable investing and women-led businesses, while transforming startup funding with more diverse, long-term focused capital allocation.

As women's financial power and foothold grows, we can expect profound social impact globally:

  • Increased philanthropy in education and climate initiatives

  • More inclusive financial ecosystems supporting diverse founders

  • Rapid innovation in AI-driven wealth platforms tailored to this new economic landscape

We’ll be talking about this and more!

If you are going to be at SXSW and would like to be placed on our VIP list for our talk and  programming – reply to this email and I can’t wait to see you!
