The Power of Being Unshakable

Hey beautiful Regal Family, 

I know you’re working on something big. Something that matters.

You’ve taken risks. Made moves most wouldn’t.

And yeah, it’s hard.

Even the strongest people I know still hear that little voice sometimes.

You know the one:

“Am I doing enough?”
“Did I mess up somewhere?”
“How do I keep this all together?”

It’s normal. Trust me. I’ve seen it in everyone I know who’s had success, I’ve seen it in myself — it’s part of our nature.

BUT, that voice does not mean you’re weak or doomed or lacking. It means you care.

You’re in the middle of it. You’re still moving forward, and that’s what matters.

Being an entrepreneur isn’t about having everything figured out.

It’s about staying steady when things get shaky.

There’s a great German word for this – unerschütterlich. 

It means unshakable. Not flashy. Not loud. Just solid and steady no matter what.

We’ve been told success looks like always being on top of things. Like never feeling tired or scared. Especially as women, we’re supposed to do it all and look perfect while doing it.

Truthfully, I think things have shifted…

‘Real’ success is different now.

It means knowing when to slow down. When to say no.

It means being strong and kind to yourself.

And to stay in alignment at all costs.

This is the new way. This is the way of authenticity! This is how we build something meaningful while also honoring that we are human.

So if this week feels messy, or like you’re juggling too much, that’s okay.

You don’t have to be fearless.

Just be steady.

You’ve got this.

You’re unshakable. You’re on the right track. You’re regal and resilient.
